Non-Member Services & Pricing

The Doc's Office offers a limited selection of self-pay services for individuals who are not currently enrolled as members. Non-member services are intended for occasional care and do not establish an ongoing primary care relationship.

Availability is limited. All non-member appointments must be requested by calling or texting the clinic so our team can confirm that the service is appropriate and select the correct appointment type.

One-Time Problem Visit

For one acute, urgent, or primary care concern.

Well-Woman Visit

Includes a preventive women’s health history and examination. Pap, HPV, STI, pregnancy, laboratory, pathology, imaging, medication, and outside-service charges are billed separately when applicable.

Sports Physical

Includes the standard sports-participation examination and completion of the related participation form.

School, Camp, or Activity Physical

Includes the required examination and completion of the related school, camp, or activity form.

Lab or Diagnostic Follow-Up

A clinical follow-up visit when results require discussion, treatment planning, medication changes, additional evaluation, or further testing.

A brief follow-up related to a procedure or treatment performed at our office when the recheck was not included with the original procedure.

Membership Benefit

These Visits Are Included with Membership

Active members receive covered primary care visits without an additional visit fee, including problem visits, appropriate follow-up visits, well-woman care, sports physicals, and school, camp, or activity physicals.

The annual adult wellness laboratory panel is included with membership. Other laboratory testing, procedures, medications, supplies, imaging, pathology, and outside services may have an additional member cost.

Membership also provides ongoing access, continuity of care, preventive care, chronic-condition support, and a long-term relationship with a provider who knows the member's health history and goals.

Scheduling

Request a Non-Member Appointment

Non-member appointments are scheduled by calling or texting The Doc's Office. Our team will ask what type of care is needed, confirm that the concern is appropriate for our clinic, explain the applicable price, and select the correct appointment type.

The full listed visit fee is due before the appointment is confirmed. Required intake forms and acknowledgments must also be completed before the visit.

Policy

Payment and Cancellation Policy

The full non-member visit fee is collected before the appointment is confirmed. A $49 portion of that payment is a nonrefundable scheduling fee. The scheduling fee is credited toward the visit when the patient attends.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a refund of the amount paid, less the $49 nonrefundable scheduling fee.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments are nonrefundable.

If The Doc's Office cancels an appointment and cannot provide a suitable alternative, the full amount paid, including the scheduling fee, will be refunded.

Additional laboratory testing, pathology, medications, medical supplies, procedures, imaging, and outside services are not included in the scheduled visit fee unless specifically stated otherwise. Any additional clinic charges will be explained and collected separately.

Pricing Notes

Routine notification of straightforward results is included with the original non-member visit.
A $99 Lab or Diagnostic Follow-Up fee applies when another clinical visit is required to discuss abnormal or complex results, establish or modify a treatment plan, adjust medications, order additional testing, or reassess the condition.
A routine procedure recheck may be included when specifically stated at the time of the original procedure. When it is not included, the Procedure Follow-Up or Recheck fee is $75.
Laboratory testing, pathology, medications, medical supplies, imaging, additional procedures, and outside services are billed separately unless specifically stated otherwise.
Well-woman pricing includes the clinical history and examination. Pap, HPV, STI, pregnancy, laboratory, pathology, imaging, medication, and outside-service charges are separate when applicable.
Physical pricing includes the applicable examination and completion of the related form. Evaluation or treatment of an unrelated medical concern is not included.
